Packaging and Freight
We value the environment and prefer to use recycled packing materials or sustainable resources for the packaging and delivery of our art. Unframed art will be sent flat packed or can be rolled in a mailing tube. Framed art is packaged in recycled wrapping or a custom-built box depending on the size and the destination.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 days of purchase and freight finalisation. Please allow an additional 3 - 7 business days for delivery within Australia. International delivery times vary.
Artwork is sent via Australia Post, Pack and Send, art courier or international freight carrier.
Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed with changing state and territory border restrictions.
Riverton Light Gallery occasionally offers complimentary delivery on smaller items within the Adelaide region.
A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch. Please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery during peak holiday periods.
Riverton Light Gallery is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office. In the unlikely incident of damage or loss, Riverton Light Gallery will not be held accountable. Insurance options are available on request. Customs clearance may add to the delivery time of international orders. Any fees, tariffs, or duties associated with international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

An Authentication Certificate is provided for works purchased online and is signed by the artist and includes the artist's name, title, medium, dimensions, edition and date of procurement and applicable provenance. For original works procured previously, Riverton Light Gallery offers Authentication Certificate for artworks by Robert Hannaford or Alison Mitchell upon request for a fee of AU$50.00.
We value craftsmanship, quality and sustainability – so we outsource framing to skilled and trusted professionals. We are able to work with you and the frame maker to customise a bespoke colour frame using a variety of timber frame options.
