Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not allow for change-of-mind returns. Goods are non-refundable unless you have been sent the wrong item. Riverton Light Gallery aims to describe and display its artworks and products online accurately. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Riverton Light Gallery is not liable for inaccurate or out of date product descriptions. Actual colours of artworks may vary depending on your computer monitor or mobile phone screen.

Returns Procedure

If you receive an item which does not match the original order, please contact us at info@rivertonlightgallery.com and  advise us that you would like to return your purchase. We will respond as soon as possible. 

 

For consideration of a refund, you will be asked to complete a Returns Authorisation Form, with the online receipt, invoice, and attach images of the incorrect item. Items returned without approval may be rejected. The incorrect item must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund. Please note that purchases made online must be returned online and cannot be returned in store.

When shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Riverton Light Gallery cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Any restoration work that may be required as a result of the purchaser or transportation will be deducted from the refund.

If your request is approved, please post your purchase either in your own adequate packaging or a padded Express Post satchel. Either is fine, however we require a tracking number for your postage. If you do not supply us with this number, we will not be able to take any responsibility for your return not arriving to us.

Exchanges & Refunds

When your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. If your refund request is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card as per your original payment method (please allow 5 working days for this to be processed).
 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the processing period, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
