How will I receive my artwork?

We value the environment and prefer to use recycled packing materials or sustainable resources for the packaging and delivery of our art. Unframed art will be sent flat packed or can be rolled in a mailing tube. Framed art is packaged in recycled wrapping or a custom-built box depending on the size and the destination. We occasionally offer complimentary delivery on smaller items within the Adelaide region.

3

How should I care for my artwork?

Ensure the painting is properly hung. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a lint-free damp cloth.

4

Can I obtain an art authenticity certificate?

All artworks purchased via our online shop are original and come with an Authentication Certificate, signed by the artist and includes the artist's name, title, medium, dimensions, edition and date of procurement and applicable provenance. For work purchased prior to this service, we offer an Authentication Certificate on artwork by Robert Hannaford and Alison Mitchell for a fee of AU$50 per item.

4

What is a float frame?

A float frame gives art the illusion of floating inside the picture frame. The frame has its own canvas backing, to which the canvas of the artwork is mounted. This method of attaching the artwork means that the art does not need to touch the frame itself in order to be securely fastened, creating the illusion that it is “floating” within the frame.

We value craftsmanship, quality and sustainability and outsource framing to skilled and trusted professionals. We are able to work with you and the frame maker to customise a bespoke colour frame using a variety of timber and frame profiles.

4

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds unless you have received an incorrect item.
