Information such as name, address, email address, phone number or financial credit card detail, which you have provided us through an enquiry, purchase or gallery event, will only be used by Riverton Light Gallery to contact you directly and will not be forwarded to a third party without agreement from you.

We will use any information you provide us to respond to your enquiry or process a payment. If we have taken your financial information over the phone or online, it will destroyed securely and immediately once payment has been received.

If you wish to receive our newsletter and artist updates and catalogues, please register with us online. Your name and email address will be stored with Mailchimp. If you have enquired or purchased an artwork your name, email and address is stored on our private database.

Without your consent we will not add you to our database. You can unsubscribe online or request to be removed you from our database at any stage.

Please contact us if your contact details change so we can continue to maintain correspondence with you.

Our emails and any attachments are confidential and intended only for use by the recipient named in the email. Any attached images in the email remain the property of Riverton Light Gallery and are protected under the intellectual copyright act.
